Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) sets out what you may not do on NetmarPlus. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

2. Prohibited conduct

You must not:

• use the Service for fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing or any other unlawful purpose;
• redeem NetmarPlus Gift Cards that were stolen, bought with stolen payment instruments, or obtained from unauthorized sources;
• try to guess, generate or brute-force Card codes or Product codes;
• create multiple Accounts, share Accounts, or buy, sell or transfer Accounts or Wallet Balance;
• resell Products or use them for commercial purposes without our written agreement;
• use bots, scrapers or other automated means to access the Service, buy Products or monitor stock;
• interfere with or circumvent the security of the Service, probe it for vulnerabilities without authorization, or overload it;
• misrepresent your identity, age or location, or use the Service from a sanctioned country or territory;
• harass our staff or send unlawful, abusive or misleading communications;
• infringe the intellectual property or other rights of others.

3. Community chat and posts

Signed-in members whose Account is approved and who have chosen a user name can use the community chat and community page. You are responsible for what you share. You must not post or send:

• offers to buy, sell, trade or swap codes, NetmarPlus Gift Cards, Wallet Balance or Accounts, or any payment details;
• insults, harassment, threats, hate speech or content that discriminates against people;
• advertising, spam, scams, links to other shops or attempts to move members to other services;
• personal data of yourself or others (addresses, phone numbers, ID documents, account passwords or codes);
• photos or text you do not have the right to share, or content that is illegal, sexual, violent or harmful to minors.

Every member can hide posts, block other members and report chat messages, posts, comments and members. Moderators review reports and may remove content, close reports and ban members from the community without notice. A community ban does not affect your purchases or your Wallet. If you think a decision is wrong, write to support from your Account e-mail address and we will review it.

4. Responsible disclosure

If you discover a security vulnerability, please report it to info@netmarpazarlama.com with the subject “Security”. Do not access or modify other users’ data. We will not pursue legal action against good-faith research that follows this approach.

5. Enforcement

If you breach this AUP, we may warn you, block Card codes, suspend or close your Account, withhold Wallet Balance resulting from unlawful activity, and report the matter to authorities, as described in the Terms. Where reasonable, we will tell you the reason and allow you to respond.

6. Reporting abuse

Report suspected abuse or fraud to info@netmarpazarlama.com.
