IP & Copyright Policy

1. Our intellectual property

The NetmarPlus website, its design, text, graphics, illustrations, the NetmarPlus name and logo and the underlying software are owned by Netmar LLC or its licensors and protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works from them without our written permission, except as allowed by law.

2. Third-party trademarks

Product, game and Platform names and logos are the property of their respective owners and are used only to identify the Products we resell. If you are a rights holder and believe a listing is misleading, please contact us.

3. Copyright notices (United States – DMCA)

If you believe that content on NetmarPlus infringes your copyright, send a notice to our designated agent: available on request from info@netmarpazarlama.com, e-mail info@netmarpazarlama.com. Your notice must include:

1. your physical or electronic signature;
2. identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed;
3. identification of the material claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to locate it;
4. your contact information;
5. a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law;
6. a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.

If your content was removed and you believe this was a mistake, you may send a counter-notice with the information required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3). We terminate the Accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.

4. Other notices (EU, UK and elsewhere)

Rights holders outside the United States can send notices of alleged infringement to info@netmarpazarlama.com. Please include the information listed above so that we can assess and act on your notice promptly.
