Sourcing & Anti-Fraud Policy

1. Where our products come from

Netmar LLC buys every code it sells only from the platform owners and publishers or from distribution partners that they have authorized. We do not buy codes from marketplaces, private sellers, key resellers or any other source whose origin we cannot verify.

• Each code is linked in our records to the supplier and the purchase it came from.
• We sell codes only in the regions the publisher allows, and we show the region on the product page.
• If a supplier or publisher tells us a code is invalid or was issued in error, we stop selling it, replace or refund it, and cooperate with the supplier.
• We do not use publishers' logos or artwork without permission. Product names are used only to describe what the code is for; see the IP & Copyright Policy.

2. Who can buy: customer verification (KYC)

• Customers must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where they live).
• Before the first purchase, each Account must confirm its e-mail address and mobile phone with one-time codes and pass identity verification (government ID and a selfie for individuals; registration documents for businesses).
• Every verification is reviewed and approved by our staff before the Account can buy. Details are in the Account Verification Policy.
• Registration is not available in countries and regions under comprehensive U.S. or EU sanctions.

3. Fraud and money-laundering prevention

• Payments. Card and online payments are processed by licensed payment providers. We do not store card numbers.
• Limits. Online top-ups are limited per transaction and to US$1,000 per Account per day. Bank-transfer notices are limited in number and are confirmed by staff against the bank statement.
• No cash-out, no transfers. Wallet Balance and NetmarPlus Gift Cards cannot be withdrawn as cash (except where the law of the customer's country or U.S. state requires a small-balance refund) and cannot be sent to other members. This removes the usual ways stored value is used to move money.
• Code-guessing protection. Repeated wrong NetmarPlus Gift Card codes and one-time codes block further attempts for a period.
• Reversed payments. If a payment is reversed or charged back, the related Balance and undelivered orders are cancelled and the Account may be suspended while we investigate.
• Monitoring. We review unusual activity (many Accounts from one device or payment method, rapid purchases, mismatched countries) and may hold orders for manual review.
• Reporting. We keep records of verifications, payments and orders as the law requires and report suspicious activity to the competent authorities where required.

4. Account and staff security

• Passwords are stored only as salted hashes; sessions are protected and can be ended from the Account.
• Staff access the admin panel with individual accounts, role-based permissions and two-factor authentication.
• Administrative actions (approvals, refunds, balance changes) are written to an audit log.
• Identity documents are stored in a private, access-controlled storage and deleted when they are no longer needed; see the Privacy Policy.

5. Report a problem

If you believe a product on NetmarPlus was obtained or is being used unlawfully, or you notice fraud, write to info@netmarpazarlama.com. Rights holders can also use the notice procedure in the IP & Copyright Policy.
