Accessibility Statement

1. Our commitment

We want NetmarPlus to be usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA and the harmonised European standard EN 301 549, in line with the European Accessibility Act (Directive (EU) 2019/882) and the Americans with Disabilities Act.

2. What we have done

• The store can be used with a keyboard, with a visible focus indicator.
• Form fields have labels, and status messages are announced to screen readers.
• Text and interactive elements are designed to meet WCAG AA contrast ratios.
• Animations stop when you enable “reduce motion” in your operating system, and the slideshow pauses when you hover over it or move keyboard focus into it.
• Decorative images are hidden from assistive technologies.
• The site works at 200% zoom and on small screens.

3. Compliance status

Based on a self-assessment carried out in November 2026, we believe the Service is partially compliant with WCAG 2.1 AA. Known limitations:

• Some product artwork is decorative and conveys no information; product names are always given as text.
• The slideshow advances automatically every 6 seconds unless paused by hover, focus or the reduce-motion setting. We plan to add a visible pause button.
• Legal documents are available in English only.

If you encounter an accessibility barrier, contact info@netmarpazarlama.com with the subject “Accessibility”. Tell us the page and the problem; we will reply within 5 business days and, where possible, provide the information or service in an accessible way.

5. Enforcement

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the market surveillance or consumer protection authority responsible for accessibility in your country.
